Grant is a specialist in commercial property sales and disposals (including distressed asset/receiver/mortgagee sales), large-scale developments (including brownfield sites), joint ventures, leasing (industrial, commercial, retail and industrial) and general company and contract law.
Grant’s experience includes seven years in Western Australia and Victoria with Minter Ellison and two years’ experience in tax structuring gained in London with Ernst & Young. He is well known in the property industry, having acted on deals with many household names in property and on a number of marquee land development projects in multiple States.
Grant is the chair of the New Zealand Club of Western Australia and also heads up one of Western Australia’s largest professionals networking groups.
His no-nonsense approach to law and focus on providing his clients with practical commercial advice in readily understandable terms is his greatest attribute.
